Data Privacy & Service Charge Terms

This platform converts traditional cyber café services into an online system. Before submitting any form, you must accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which clearly explain how long your data is stored, how it is protected, and that only our service charge is shown — not government fees.

1. General – Online Cyber Platform

This website and mobile application provide online cyber services such as filling and submitting government and other application forms on your behalf. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time and become effective upon publication.

2. Form Submission & Privacy Consent

  • Before submitting any form, you will see a checkbox for accepting the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The form will only be submitted if you actively provide your consent.
  • By checking the box, you confirm that you understand and agree that your personal data and documents will be used only to prepare, fill and submit the selected form or service request.
  • You may refuse consent for future forms, but processing already done based on earlier consent and legal requirements will remain valid.

3. Data Collected for Services

  • Depending on the service, we may collect your name, mobile number, address, email, date of birth, category, photograph, signature and supporting documents required for the relevant form or application.
  • This information is collected strictly for completing your requested service, submitting forms on portals and providing necessary updates and support related to that service.

4. Data Storage Period (Retention)

  • Your form details and uploaded documents are normally stored for up to 180 days after the completion of the requested service, unless a different period is required by law or by the concerned portal.
  • Where any legal, accounting or regulatory rule requires us to keep data for a longer time, we may retain it only for that minimum required period and then delete or permanently anonymize it.

5. Data Sharing & Non‑Disclosure

  • Your personal data and documents are not sold or shared with any third party for marketing, advertising or unrelated promotional purposes.
  • Data may be shared only when necessary to: submit your form on the concerned government or service portal, comply with applicable laws or court orders, or where you have clearly consented to a specific service.
  • Technical service providers (such as hosting or payment gateway providers) may process limited data under strict contractual obligations to protect confidentiality and security.

6. Data Security Measures

  • Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect your information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or accidental loss.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTPs and panel access secure and not sharing them with anyone else.

7. Your Rights Regarding Data

  • Where available, you may view basic details or status of your service using your registered mobile number or other login credentials.
  • Subject to applicable law and required retention periods, you may request correction or deletion of your data, and such requests will be handled within reasonable time limits.

8. Service Charge & Government Fees

  • This platform shows and charges only our cyber service charge for assisting you in filling and submitting forms (for example, typing, uploading documents, printing, online submission).
  • Any government fee, exam fee or portal fee is determined and displayed by the respective government or official portal. That official fee is not decided by us and may be visible only on the concerned portal to you or at the time of payment there.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the applicable government or portal fee directly on the official website or payment page before making any payment.

9. Payments & Transactions

  • Payment for our service charge may be collected online or offline as per options shown. Once work on your request has started, service charges are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.
  • In case of online payments, the success or failure of a transaction is decided by the bank or payment gateway. Any delays, technical issues or reversals will be handled as per their rules and timelines.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions and the data privacy provisions may be revised at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update will be treated as your acceptance of the updated terms.
